Is There Life Out There?: A housewife and mother faces challenges and obstacles at work, at home, and at school after deciding to return to college to pursue her higher education.

As far as TV movies go, this isn't bad. It is still a bit preachy at times and the plot is as lame as should be expected. Reba McEntire, who gave an excellent performance in Tremors, is pretty good here, too. There just isn't a whole lot more to say about this movie. You might not find it at the local video store, but you can probably purchase it for under ten dollars. Like anybody would want to.

Mitchell Anderson plays Joshua, a likeable English T.A. who at times might be described by some people as not very likeable. He has a fairly large role in this movie and is in quite a few scenes. He does a good job. The character is a bit like Ross from Party of Five except Joshua is heterosexual and hasn't quite learned the "no means no" rule of dating. But don't worry, Reba gives Mitchell a stern scolding and sets him straight, so to speak.
